Turfello is built to help exterior-service businesses run a live website, capture quote requests, manage receptionist workflows, and support operator follow-up. We collect only the information needed to provide those services, keep accounts secure, and improve the product experience.

Information we collect

Account and business details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, service areas, and login credentials.

Customer and lead details submitted through forms, including contact information, service addresses, project notes, and messaging preferences.

Usage data, request metadata, and operational logs that help us secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

How we use it

To provide the core Turfello features, including website publishing, quote intake, receptionist workflows, payment flows, and operator copilots.

To send requested confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages, including texts and emails that are part of the product experience.

To maintain security, detect abuse, debug failures, and improve the user experience. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and storage

We may share data with service providers that help Turfello operate, such as hosting, messaging, payment, and AI infrastructure vendors, or when the operator explicitly initiates a workflow that requires it.

Data is retained for as long as it is needed to run the account, support the operator's business, meet legal obligations, and preserve necessary records.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your choices

Business owners can review and update account details through the product, and they can contact us to ask about data access, deletion, or privacy questions. If you do not want Turfello to process a particular workflow, do not submit that information through the product.
