Turfello provides software for business websites, quote intake, receptionist workflows, and related operator tools. The product can help draft, recommend, and route work, but it does not replace the business owner's judgment or legal obligations.
Beta and service use
Turfello may change during beta as features mature. We may improve, pause, or adjust features to keep the service reliable and aligned with the product roadmap.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to upload spam, malicious content, or content that violates the rights of others.
Owner approval
Publish, send, pricing, and payment actions require explicit operator approval unless a workflow clearly states otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before they go live and for confirming that your business rules, service areas, and messaging comply with applicable law.
Payments and third parties
Payments, messaging, hosting, and AI features may rely on third-party providers. Their terms and policies can apply in addition to Turfello's terms.
You are responsible for any charges, refunds, taxes, or compliance obligations that arise from using those workflows in your business.
Suspension and contact
We may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused, security is at risk, or we need to protect the platform and its users.
